Tucker Cipriano

Tucker Cipriano

This is a murderer who was set free on an early release from the Oakland County Jail.  He left in December, when he was supposed to leave in February 2012.  In April of 2012, he killed his adopted father, tried to kill both his mother and brother.  The media tried to blame the murder on K2, but I had just left the Forensic Center and the Oakland County Jail.  I blame the jail, and when I heard that he was going for a psyche evaluation at the Forensic Center, I smelled a conspiracy.  I'm big on conspiracy theories.  In this case, I had more than enough evidence to be sure that Tucker Cipriano was being set-up for an NGRI.

First, because he was released early from jail, I figured he was a prostitute.  I told you that they not only sold women, but men in OCJ.  Seeing that Tucker got an early release, I immediately thought he was a prostitute.  The idea that he was a drug addict and was probably either high or coming down from a high when he killed his father, let me know he shouldn't be at the Forensic Center.  See, it is really hard to determine if someone is having a psychotic break when committing a crime.  In fact, they say that drug and alcohol abuse can not be a factor in determining criminal responsibility.  Only Sarah was drunk and high when she hit a man's car and caused a death.

You don't get anything for free with these people.  Tucker is a gorgeous man and would be an asset to the prostitution racket at both OCJ and the Forensic Center.  He has been at OCJ now for over a year now.  If he is a prostitute he is being sold.  If that's the case he is being prepped for a NGRI.  With a case like Tucker's, he has to give them a lot to get their free ride.  It's the system to let the prisoner be indebted to them.  They get them out of charges that will allow them to get LIFE, but instead give them a stay at Club Forensic Center.  Tucker would give them years of sex.

I didn't know Sarah when this happened, but she had already killed that man in that crash.  It was an accident, but she willingly got into a car intoxicated.  This young man went to that house with an agenda.  He was there before, and didn't hurt anyone, what had changed his mind?  Was it the drug or was it a mental illness?  Thank goodness he was found competent, but that doesn't mean at some point they will not make him incompetent again and give him an NGRI.  I have to watch this case to make sure this guy doesn't get away with murder, because I'm not sure if he would be the first.

Kumar is his judge, and I have never heard anything from her about giving lighter sentences for selling your body in the jail.  But when I was there this last time, her name was added to the list.  Even if she isn't a pimping judge, the Prosecutor can be crooked and except the plea from the Defense.  Not all the players have to be in on it in order to slight a case.  If the court-appointed-attorney is in on the deal and the Prosecutor then that's all that is needed for a Defendant to get "a hook-up".  A judge will be helpless to do anything if both parties agree, although they have complete power, they will know what's going on and ignore it out of "getting along".

Let's hope that Tucker gets what he deserves and they don't try to wait for my blogs to blow over and give him some great deal.  Let's hope that Kumar isn't a pimp and will try him fairly.  Let's hope that he isn't selling himself in jail.  Let's hope...
