Revisiting Recidivism: Michigan 29% Decrease

The women's prison is overcrowded and on it's third sexual misconduct lawsuit, in the last 15-years.
Reminds me of Duggan, always knowing the right things to say. Partnerships to keep them out of prison for their crimes. A partnership with prosecutors was crucial. They want to lock people up and throw away the key. How many of those men keep that job they leave out with in their hand. Those tablets are not free. They do give incentive, however. Teachers in the women prison do not show up. Jobs aren't the most important. Re-entry back into society and drug used and re-offending is the problem. The "programs" are based on the the cooperation of people responsible for sending ex-cons back to prison. Smoke and mirrors. You create these programs, then you stop sending people to prison in high-rates and then you say that the "programs" are the reason why. We know from watching the news most crimes in society are committed by ex-offenders (80%), and not by first-time offenders. So, there should be a direct collation between crime rates and recidivism, crime should also be going down in our communities, if less ex-offenders are going back to prison. Crime is still high in most urban areas where most of these prisoners come from. How does she explain that? She doesn't!

First, Let's get this straight. People commit crime. America is filled with people that do wrong to others. People rob people, break into their homes while they are there and when they are gone. Children are molested by adults, murdered and exploited. Some are even kidnapped and held for the pleasure of a sub-human adults. Child porn and even child labor. People murder other people for nothing, some for something, some as a form of revenge and others for a means to an end. We must face the cruel and terrible fact that crimes are committed. Women are raped, abused and sold at a price. When these things happen, there is a system that has been created. It was created by one of our Founding Fathers James Madison. He was a lawyer and helped write the Bill of Rights that is the what our Judicial System in America is based on. It mirrors in many ways British Judicial laws and statues. Known as "The Father of the Constitution", he is responsible for the "Law of the Land". We owe our entire means of punishment and the creation of the law to him. He messed up a few times, and had to get it right, and that's what this is all about.

If ever the Constitution can't be amended to cover the state of our country, we can write a new one. Truthfully, we can just hold a meeting at a time and place and just write a whole new one. If the proper people are there to oversee the deed. I heard the Clinton's at one point had created a committee of some sort to do just that. Our Judicial System is all wrapped up in that concept. That's why the "Fathers" put just about everything in there. A good lawyer, can take a dog bite case and relate it to the Second Amendment "Right to Bear Arms" or the Fourth "unlawful search and seizure". It's true, if you sat in a courtroom you would hear a lot of BS about crime and why a lawyers client is innocent or deserves some astronomical settlement in a civil case. All of it comes from the writings of James Madison. We owe him for it all, even "Ambulance Chasers".

When I think of recidivism and the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC), I laugh. They are claiming that they have cut recidivism by 29%. It seems that people aren't going back to prison by committing crimes. So, people aren't committing crimes and going back to prison, Ms. Washington? I beg to differ. I think that they are committing crimes, but instead of going back to prison, they do jail time or the judges are going light on parolees and not sending them back to prison and once again, keeping them in jail for a sentence and setting them free. It works, because they are only counted if they return to prison. If a person re-offends and doesn't go back to prison, they are not counted. So, the question is not if they have re-offended and gone back to prison. That's a play on semantics. The real question is, "Have they committed another crime?"

Oakland County Jail runs a whorehouse. It is a prime example of what is going on in the prison system, today. If you sell yourself in the clinic and make the deputies money, you don't have to go to prison. Shoplifting crimes are accelerated to "Unarmed Robbery" quickly, when the asset protection employee beats you and you fight back. That is a "Simple-Assault" and "Shoplifting", but in order to get women to prostitute, they make it "Unarmed Robbery". Unarmed Robbery is a Class "C"  and is punishable by 15 years in prison. Simple-Assault gets you two years in prison. Unarmed Robbery s more frightening and easier to coerce a person to sell themselves. Only after they make them some money in the clinic, it's dropped down to a probationary offence. Women come back from their arraignments crying and wondering what they are going to do. I used to say, "Girl, you didn't even do all that. Take you butt to the clinic and work those charges down to what they were supposed to be!" The balling would sometimes get louder, sometimes I'd hear nothing, mostly I heard, "F... you B..."

The prosecutors that were crooked or those who were not, loved it. Another big issue with recidivism is prosecutors needing to keep their numbers up. They want a conviction at all cost. They don't walk into a courtroom with their 30-pound briefcase or rolling suitcase to lose. They win at all cost. I told you about the pre-trial blues. They will pre-trial you to death. Always 45-days out. You get so tired that you would say you killed a beanie baby to go home, and they aren't alive. If you did a portion of what they say you did, you'd take a plea, Cobbs or whatever. Your court-appointed doesn't care. They're getting paid by the case and probably have two more defendants in your group from downstairs, or looking to pick one up. It's "dog-eat-dog". As the Defendant, you don't even have a dog in the fight. The "Blood sucking lawyer" is doing all the talking for you, while the prosecutor just wants to win. It's so hard to let someone else fight for you and be helpless, especially when you aren't a prostitute. That's all certain judges care about. These days it seems that everyone gets a break.

Recidivism is committing a crime and going back to prison; right? Again, if you don't go back to prison there isn't another offender in the recidivism bucket. I watched a man that had been to prison twice, get out on "Drug Court". He had went to prison for the same thing he got "Drug Court" for; "Larceny". I think it's about five to seven years, before you can skate from prison after going to prison. He had been twice and had just gotten out in 2009 and it was 2011. He was supposed to automatically go back to prison as a re-offender. The prosecutor made his case a strong case and a true case. That man was supposed to go back to prison. He was a Gigolo, a male-prostitute in the Oakland County Jail and was set free that day. Only to re-offend in a few weeks, very few complete drug court, and will be back in jail and in front of Chabot and home, again. They do time, lots of time, just not in prison. This is the trick to this 29% decrease. It's a cycle and one less recidivism offender. Get it?

I want to know how many committed a crime, but instead of going back to prison, did time in jail. How many petty judges stopped putting people in prison in the first place. How many Parole and Probation Officers have stopped sending people back before a judge, because they just felt that person needed to go to prison. I bet a bunch. Jails are filled with petty crimes these days, shoplifting being one of them. The opioid crisis would have the prisons filled at this point. It's supposed to be that three misdemeanors are equal a felony. They stopped following that rule, because that means women would go to prison for "Prostitution". I know a woman that has more than 45 misdemeanors. I don't know if she's in prison at this point, but she finally caught a case that wasn't "Prostitution", "Larceny" or "Trespassing". The stores in the area that sell drugs would call the police on her when she was standing outside the store waiting for a man, with his dope, to ask for a date. It's tricky y'all, real tricky.

I'm not sure what Madison had in mind when he wrote the "Bill of Rights". I'm sure it wasn't all these lies, and surely not all this corruption. Heidi Washington, Director of the MDOC is not a genius. She did not discover a new way to stop people from going back to prison. She found a new administrative rule. A new way of doing things that doesn't include people going back to prison. They took a page from OCJ's whoremongering book of lies. Now, that judges aren't sending people back to prison and giving them jail time instead prison, Washington wants to give credit to all her new "Programs". One thing has nothing to do with the other. That's the first thing you learn in Statistics. Just because B happened after A, does not mean that A was the cause. Their are variables and deviations that have to be taken into consideration, before we can determine what happened and why B actually happened. If you can do the equation properly, you will find that jail stays have risen and parole and probation's incidents of sending people back on violations are down. Even if they violate them, it all comes back to the judge. If they say "no" it's NO! One thing they have not stop doing, however, is putting people in prison that don't belong there...

Bloomfield 48th District Court

The entrance to 48th District Court
So, I'm having trouble with getting my car registered. I have told that story in another blog, "LIENS, LIES and SOS". You can read that and find out how I got here. I am driving without a registration, because the Secretary of State claims I don't have insurance. I was stopped by Bloomfield Police Officer Simon in the early morning hours of November 24, 2019. I had just left Beaumont Hospital in a huff and was driving down Woodward, on my way home. I was not speeding, despite being angry, but going a steady 50 MPH. You know the lights on Woodward, you go steady 50 MPH and you catch every one. Somewhere between that second light, before you get to Square Lake and Woodward and the light at Square Lake and Woodward, he got me. I quickly change my mood from angry to cooperative. Before Steve became my victim, he was my friend, and used to give me advice. One thing he said to me one day is, "If you don't have anything to hide, why do you get so upset? You get an attitude, I get an attitude, too. Who do you think is going to win?" Even though I was mad with the people at the hospital, this cop was not the people at the hospital. So, I rolled down my window and put my hand back on my steering wheel and said, "Yes, officer." It went smoothly and he didn't even say anything about my tinted windows. I was happy about that. He said, "Now, you be safe, okay?" I politely said, "Yes, sir," and drove away. Pleased with myself for making it through a horrible experience after the two horrible experiences I had that night.

Officer Simon had lied, however, during our encounter. He claimed that police officers could not tell if you have insurance by running your license plate. He said that he has been a cop for over 15-years and had never heard of such a thing. A lie they obviously tell often, because a woman sat next to me yesterday and said a Bloomfield Hills officer told her husband the same thing. That can get them lots of money from people who don't feel like being bothered with the court system and who will just pay the ticket. They don't write it as "DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE", but "NO PROOF OF INSURANCE". Why that is still against the law, when the police can tell if you have insurance is beyond me. Municipalities like Bloomfield Hills are cleaning up. It is not a "moving violation" and doesn't add points to your driving record. So, you pay the ticket and it just goes away, unlike "DRIVING WITHOUT INSURANCE" that is a citation that can get you vehicle towed and cost you a lot of money and time. Bloomfield Hills has all the latest technology, because you can pay on-line with a credit or debit card or pay with a credit or debit card or check in person. People that work and make over $100K a year, will just jump on line and pay the ticket. They don't know that the officer that stop them knew they had insurance, by running a LIEN on their plate. Insurance companies have to report to the LIEN company every 16-days and verify that you are still insured. By playing dumb, Bloomfield Hills is racking up on civil infraction fees.'
'
I had missed my first court-date, because of car trouble. Lights in my car were flashing like a Christmas Tree. My "Cruise" light was also flashing and my car was speeding up and slowing down at will. I had to write a letter to the Magistrate to set another date and she did. They set the date for yesterday. I get dressed and go to the 48th District Court on time. A sheriff's deputy pointed me to the basement where a clerk and Prosecutor were set up with a room. I was confused when the woman said she was a Prosecutor. Prosecutors are usually used in criminal cases. All of us had simple civil infractions. Not "moving violations" that carry points, but are still civil infractions. This lady sat there and told me, "If you would just take care of it, I would dismiss it". She gave me more time to deal with it. I was glad for the help, but went away confused.

Kelly
I met Kelly in 2011, in the Oakland County Jail (OCJ). She was over-weight and had long brown hair, brown eyes and freckles. She was bad looking at all. She came to my door once after returning from court, and asked me to come talk to her. "Court" was code for she was in the clinic being sold all day. I always hated when they did that, because I was thinking they would ask to move into my cell. When I came out for my walk, I went to her cell. We talked and she told me how Bloomfield Hills Police would come to her father's house on his word and drag her back to jail.  She spoke to me with as much sense as she could muster, I guess, because the next day she went "to court" and acted a fool when she got back. "High-Pockets" a deputy who was given this name, because he wore his pants high at the ankles and tight on his balls. He was a tall and thin man and had long legs. In order to get pants that fit right on him he had to pay more and didn't want to. So, his pants flooded and his pockets were high on his hips, thus the nickname, High-Pockets. He would come down and talk to Kelly sometimes. Kelly just became harder and harder to live with. Recently diagnosed Bi-Polar, she was typical. She was angry, difficult and quick to become hard to handle. No one was too hard for High-Pockets, however, and she would get dragged out of one of the observation rooms (Bam-Bam) often and given a shot. Then she was put in a gown naked.

At the time, I had no idea these women were being forced into prostitution. After a week or so of her antics, she was moved to the other side and given as many pills as she needed to feel "normal". She became known as the "Pill Girl" in Max. The women they wanted to move Max, were rarely maximum security inmates. Due to women not being violent offenders it was always practically empty. Women like Kelly would be moved there from General Population to be pimped. They knew what to do, and would start fights with one another. This way they can get in "Bam-Bam" with Beane, and after a their punishment was served, instead of going back to General Population they went to Max, across the hall. When she left, Jessica came to my door and told me Kelly's story. Kelly had been in a relationship with a Sergeant at the jail. Jessica said that when she lived across the hall he would come and sit on their desk and talk to her his entire shift. She also said that Kelly had moved from Max into a Trustee Pod, without being down-graded to General Population. That's where she had been when she left the last time in December. She was what they called a regular. This time, however, the Sergeant had gotten another woman and Kelly couldn't go to the Trustee Pod.

That's why she acted out so badly and kicked on her door in the "Bam-Bam" cell all day. I mean she would lie on the floor and kick constantly, all day. Those cells I later found out were for instant gratification. Deputies would come in the middle of the night and stick their appendage in the food-slot and get satisfied, while we all slept. I can only guess that they paid the night-shift deputies for the experience. Kelly had been moved from being a mistress to what was the equivalent of a street walker. I suddenly understood her frustration. Instead of being pampered and fed "hot food" three times a week, she was giving hand-jobs and blow-jobs through a food slot. That could get to be really frustrating. She was used to the good life, but this time she had gotten there a little to late and her Sergeant had gotten himself another girl. She had to come to grips with it and when she did, High-Pockets moved her and got her comfortable and even gave her a hustle that would make her popular and safe in Max.

Minorities

It seems that Bloomfield also has a problem with minorities. It looks to me that they are not only trying to scare women with civil infractions into prostitution, but they are also targeting minority drivers. Back 20-years ago, a man was giving a ticket in Waterford. The man was Black and discouraged about the ticket and wanted to do something about it. He somehow got a study of how Waterford P.D. wrote tickets. He wanted to know where they wrote tickets and to whom the gave tickets to. Because not only were the people at 48th District Court women, but they were all minority women. When I got there, there was a Black woman and an Asian woman there. As I sat there, two Middle Eastern women sat down. There was no White people there at all. Bloomfield Hills is predominately White. Why were there only minorities there, yesterday? It seems that they are writing civil infraction at a disproportional rate than those that live in West Bloomfield, Bloomfield Hills and Bloomfield Township. I want one of those studies done, because it will let us know if we are being discriminated against and given tickets instead of Whites that live in the area. I know the study that man got in Waterford found out that they wrote tickets in areas of Waterford where Blacks were prone to be found. They wrote tickets on Elizabeth Lake Road, Telegraph and Huron more than streets where Whites drove deep into Waterford. The area of Elizabeth Lake and Telegraph is where the Summit Place Mall was located and Blacks frequented the mall. I bet the Bloomfield police right tickets on their end of Telegraph, Woodward and Square Lake where I was stopped and that strip of Square Lake. I bet it's mostly Black people, too.

They aren't only trying to get women to sell, but Black people who are just passing through. I remember a friend of mine at Sears telling me a story about Waterford Police. He is a bowler and frequented the 200 Bowling Lanes down at Elizabeth Lake Road and M-59. He and some friends, all of who had jobs and did not sell drugs, were riding five deep. All Black men, but all in a car in Waterford driving home at night. He said they started following them at the Wendy's that used to be across from the Mickey D's on Elizabeth Lake Road. They followed them across Telegraph and finally stopped them at Oakland Point. They forced them all out the car and made them sit with their legs crossed on the side of the road, and spoke to the driver. My friend said that he was so disgusted, but he is a big man and didn't want to make waves. They didn't find drugs, no man had warrants and they were free to go. Just another day in the life of a Black man. I suffer both as a Black person and a woman. When I drove my brothers '77 Cutlass, I was stopped three times in Bloomfield Hills. Each time they searched my car, but did not impound it like Waterford. I was scared for the Asian woman at court yesterday. She paid her fine, which probably wasn't fair. After Lisa, I know how valuable Asian women are in the Oakland County Prostitution Ring. That woman from "Full Metal Jacket" made it every man's dream to "Party", and get, "Anyting you want". A Bloomfield cop was talking with the two Oakland County Sheriff's that work the scanning machine. He probably hoped that she would opt out of paying the ticket and go out to his car...Who knows?

Party Down with the CNS Workers

James Patton
Outreach Coordinator
Community Network Services (CNS)

The man in the picture above is James Patton. His title is "Outreach Coordinator" for Community Network Services (CNS). I have been told and suspect he is a pimp. He and Dr. Z work together at CNS. You remember Dr. Z, don't you? He is the doctor that Judge Martha Anderson called in open court that lied on me. He told the judge that he had said that he was going to put me on medication, but I told him that I wouldn't take it if he did. When the truth is that he never mentioned medication to me at all. We would sit and talk once a week and we did that about four times, and he never, ever mentioned medication to me! But he lied to the judge and said he had. I no longer see Dr. Z. He is left for "Patton's Prostitutes". I see a nurse practitioner. Even if I am supposed to be "insane", she does everything that a doctor of psychiatry can do. What the key is in this instance is credibility. When Patton is pimping these women, he needs to have something on them. Most of these women come from the jail. No one wants to be committed and Dr. Z can commit a woman or man, for that matter, in an instant. Just like he did to me, his lies are not questioned, especially in a corrupt system. They mostly know that he is lying, but accept his lies as truth and allow his words to damage your life. As in my case. On his words, the judge sent me back to jail. That time, I was given spoiled milk, put on food loaf, my food all mixed in a blender and forced to go on a hunger strike, until I no longer had to eat it.

For these men they could care less about what I went through, or how I feel. It's all about cold-hard cash. This man pimps a lot of the White girls, because he thinks they are weak, but they are the ones that told me about him and Dr. Z. He doesn't want me at the Waterford Office, at all. That's where he works and refuses to have me come. Even if, every now and again I can turn up there. They were giving me pills at the pharmacy there, Geneco. They put something on them that made me reek with anxiety and depression. I quickly moved my meds over to Rite-Aid pharmacy, where I get all the rest of my medications. I knew something was up when the girl called me to remind me that I needed to come pick up my medication. I hung up the phone and thought, "She thinks I'm crazy or something?" I went and picked them up and threw them in the trash. Because here's the thing that I have learned in and out of mental institution the last 20-years. You don't have to take your medication. They can't make you do anything, unless you break the law, are a danger to yourself or someone else. Get to acting a fool and they can shoot you up with enough drugs to put you to sleep for a couple of days. If you still acting crazy, they shoot you up with some more. That's why Dr. Z told a big lie on me. If he suggested medication to me, I would have filled the script and just not taken it. I don't have to, but if I get out of hand in the community that is just cause for them to institutionalize me and force me to take drugs. They claimed that I was insane, however, when I didn't stalk Val Gross, but sane when I didn't stalk Steve Wittebort. I go in and out of sanity.

So, CNS has these slamming parties with free food. I mean good catered meals and presents and music. A slamming D.J. I mean they be jamming. I'm no longer invited. In fact, they hide the flyers when I'm coming, and my case manager doesn't give me the date. My nurse practitioner usually has the flyer on her desk, too. Nope, there isn't a flyer to be found. I just started going back to them, after a two year hiatus. After 2015, I was banned from all events and they all are popping! This year, after the summer picnic, I had to write a letter to the head of CNS and tell him about the happenings at the affair. They had two black women, about 400-pounds a piece, nodding off at a picnic table. I assume they were doped up, because they were such a threat. Due to their size the people at their home-care facility was afraid of them. People were taking video that's totally out of the question! It infringes on the clients privacy. I'm going to try to create a link on this blog that will allow you to read the letter as written, no edits. If your device has Word, you can read it and understand why I've been banned. My case manager is so foul. She is the person that is supposed to make sure I get to all events, and if I don't have transportation, provide transportation for me. She didn't tell me anything about it. I'm writing Medicaid and letting them know that they pay for services and they are singling me out and giving other clients perks that they deny me. For your information that is the "Equal Protection Under the Law" provision of the U.S. Constitution. It's where Civil Right get its legitimacy. Everyone in this country must get the same treatment. If you don't give me the same courtesy that you give others in my situation, you have trampled my rights as a member of my class. In this case member of CNS.

They had the annual Christmas Party on Tuesday for my team. They sent me a flyer saying that it would be on the 13th, today. Everyone at Community Network Service was in on the gag. I even went to the Pontiac Office once. They didn't have any flyers at the reception area. They have hired Altronese Cunningham as the new Lead Receptionist there. What a joke, she's one of them and treats those clients like dogs. She knows not to try her mess on me, again. I can say that my case manager was in the back with another worker, probably smoking crack, and lied on her. They are all running in the same cunning circles. They don't want me at events so they can suck down all the food, make the clients freak dance with one another, participate in the "Fight Club" and every other indecent act they can come up with. That includes having sex with them. They want to be able to do it all without my watchful eye. It's not snitching, because I'm one of them. I consider myself a Whistle Blower. Until you get up and have breakfast with a man that's been forced to have sex, with another man, the night before! You could never fathom what I'm talking about. Until you see a soul so badly broken, will you ever know. Lashow has been going through it most of his life. These people, the people who try and silence me are expert "killers of ones soul". They do everything that they can to break your spirit; everything. They take all your dignity and freedoms and throw you out for the dogs. Hey, but God...But God!

LIEN, LIES and SOS

I just posted a blog about my troubles trying to get into a shelter in Pontiac, and about how I'm not welcome. A woman on Facebook read it and asked if my stories were true. I told her off; of course. Then I thought about it and my story is quite unbelievable. I surprised that no one has asked that same question years ago. I had to assure her that it is real and it is my life. I put emphasis on how I'm living it, everyday. I decided to share my SUV registration, and maybe she won't believe this either. It is absorbed and I don't believe that people actually think they can get away with such foolishness. I don't believe it myself, because I've been in contact with the Attorney General and given her lawyer my correspondence with almost everyone that I have been in contact with for the last five years. I've decided that the dirty law enforcement people just think they are untouchable. They've been doing what they do so long, they don't believe that anyone will do anything to them and that no one cares one bit about me. Mainly, because I'm just this Black woman from a poor background and no one has ever stood up for someone like me before. I really don't know why they do what they do, but I have another incredible story to tell.

Every year you have to renew your registration. I do it, because it's the law. In August, I got a brand new credit card, I went on the Secretary of State website and filled out the application to renew my registration. At that time, it was $138. I got a notification that I didn't have insurance. Well, I know I have insurance, because my man pays it. He would never have me driving around without it, because I could kill someone or get into a horrible accident. We never know when an accident will occur, and that's why it's an accident. Since I don't have ready access to him, I don't not have my proof. I had to go get my airbag replaced on a recall, and got a rental car. The man at Enterprise, a shady car rental establishment, ask me about insurance and if I could brandish proof. I explained to him that I could not. Since September 2014, the Secretary of State, car dealers and the police can run a LIEN on your license plate and find out if you have insurance, and I don't need proof for a traffic stop or to get my tab at the SOS. People versus Mazzie, a case in Michigan in 2018 made it possible for the police to stop you for not having insurance, if they run your plate and find out you do not have insurance. Mazzie is about illegal drugs and searching a vehicle during a traffic stop. Mazzie claimed that it was illegal to stop and search a car on a "no insurance" violation.

A lower-court judge, probably one on "the take", sided with Mazzie. The Prosecutor, however, took it to a higher court and had the decision overturned. After two other attempts to register my car, I just gave up. All the thieves at Walmart, Meijer, Hollywood Market and The Dollar Tree were informed by the crooked law enforcement that I would not be in October 1st. I thought that I didn't insurance, because I didn't have access to my boyfriend and the State is not giving me a registration. That is true, I do not have a green sticker on my car. About two weeks ago, I got a letter from USAA asking me about where I wanted to send my "Insurance Dividend". I was shocked, because I wasn't aware who held my insurance, and USAA has been my insurance carrier the entire time that I've had my SUV. According to People versus Mazzie, they have been reporting to the LIEN company every 16-days of my having full-coverage on my car. As well as my finance company, who by the way, has not called me to inform me that my insurance has lapsed. That is cause to repossess my SUV. But the man at USAA thanked me for being a trusted customer for the last two years. I just reopened my account at my boyfriends request, after using two other banks this past year. I haven't, to my knowledge, been with them for two years.

Heaster Wheeler
Assistant Secretary of State
So, not only did they want me to believe that I don't have insurance, but that my man is lying to me. They are always trying to break us up. So, I was in Walmart, Meijer, Hollywood Market and The Dollar Tree on the 1st of October. And any place I wanted to go. If I have insurance, they can only ticket me for "no registration". They needed me to think that my car would be insured. I however know the law. They could tow my car for no insurance, but I have insurance, and so... I drive where I need to go. I don't want to go anywhere. I wrote a letter to Heaster Wheeler, Assistant Secretary of State, and friend to Reverend Wendell Anthony. He is the man in the blog that sat with Anthony and ate in my face. When I handed him the letter, I tried to stick it in his folder. He took it and placed it in his upper breast pocket, close to his heart. He told me that he would read it when he got in bed that night. That was funny and I laughed out loud. When did he become a six-feet, green-eyed White man of Italian descent? When did he become fine. I stood there wondering if he really planned to masturbate to my letter.

These are the properties for the letter that I wrote to him. He was at Newman A.M.E. Church that Sunday November 17, 2019. It started at 4:00 pm, and I got there around 4:30 pm. He was standing in the foyer talking to two gentlemen there for the conference. I have not heard a word from Ass. Secretary of State Wheeler.

I can't make this stuff up, even if people think I am. On Sunday, November 24 at around 2:30 am, I was stopped by Bloomfield Hills Police, Officer Simon. He asked me for my license, insurance and registration. I handed him my license and told him that was all I had. He leaned in and said, "You have insurance, you just don't have proof?" I looked at him funny and replied, "Can't you tell if I have insurance or not?" He returned the funny look and said, "No, I've been a cop for 18-years. I have never heard of us being able to tell if you have insurance by running your plate!" He took my license and when he got in his car and I was sure he couldn't hear me, I said out loud, "You a lying MF" I repeated over and over again, as he wrote me a ticket. Not for no insurance, but for no registration, and a side note of "NO PROOF OF INSURANCE". Because he's a liar and he knew before he stopped me I had insurance, but I didn't have that green tab. So, I wasn't driving without insurance, but without proof. There is a difference. I wrote a complaint on him, after finding People versus Mazzie and called to set my court date to fight the ticket. How can a State refuse to give someone a registration? My crooked cousin that uses Enterprise Rental Car, whenever she needs to rent a vehicle asked me, "Why don't you just take the proof to the SOS Office and get your registration?" I replied, "I don't have proof! Why don't the Secretary of State do their job? Why do they lie and say I don't have insurance?" Because that's the biggest question.

The men that I'm dealing with have juice. They troll me all day with commercials on all major networks. I think, no, I know they are so deep they can't afford to stop. Anytime people can use your mother and turn your own mother against you. Have her putting stuff in your food to make you sick with high-blood pressure and diabetes. I have migraines that shake my entire body, aches of a 90-year old and stomach aches. They are not only slick, but sickening. I don't know what she is trying to accomplish. When I was at Beaumont Hospital, this old man crept in. Kind of like how my mother fakes back trouble. He sat down and his daughter, I guess that's who she was, sat next to him. He looked at me sadly, and I rolled my eyes and popped my mouth. My mother will never live with me. Not in the house with my family. I don't care who feelings are hurt by that. NObody has to lie in their bed and listen to their heart beat, unable to sleep. They want me to feel bad about that choice. I don't care how many memes they throw up on Facebook. Mothers love their children. When they find happiness they are happy and they don't ever hurt their children! My mother is sick and the men that are using her are sicker. One day, she will understand or maybe she does and took her shot at keeping the one thing that was ever good to her. Except, she doesn't want me to be happy, and therefore, can't go with me to my happy place. She wouldn't like it there. Heart wrenching, but this too, is a true story...

Wouldn't renewing your registration online be faster and easier than waiting in a long line. That's what I was trying to do. These people have the State in their pockets. First the MDHH and now the SOS. Michigan is the most corrupt state in the union. You don't have to convince me.

The PATH to Self-Loathing

I am convinced that all the institutions in Pontiac have been taken over by corruption. I am having a horrible time at home. I know my mother is putting stuff in my food to make me sick. I can't prove it, but I did find a vial in the garbage that has no business there. No on in this house has that kind of medicine. I think she is doing it for the police. They don't want me to leave this apartment. Like I have said before, it is bugged with audio and visual devices. My sister, who became a doctor 10-years ago, tried on several occasions to buy my mother a house. She has even gotten two realtors to show her homes in Pontiac. No matter what she showed, my mother refused to leave this apartment. We have lived here for 32-years, and on January 17, 2020, it will be 33-years that we've lived here. She pays very little rent, but our landlord does very little work. In 33-years, he has done no upgrades, besides a roof in 1988 and some new cabinets - that are practically falling down. Nothing or very little have been done to just keep up with this house that has an apartment that we live in on the top floor.

My mother, who claims that she doesn't want to live here, tears up the house, to keep our landlord from raising the rent. She clogs the sink with grease, breaks the toilet and any other thing to show him that what she pays is all this place is worth. It's sad to me, because when we moved her we were homeless. She was sleeping in my sister's utility room and I was going from house to house, because I wasn't wanted. My father's girlfriend had taken in my little brother. She did not want another one of my mother's children in her house. My brother said that she didn't treat him too kindly. She had let my father know that I wasn't welcome and he found any reason to kick me out. Couple that with the idea that I didn't use drugs and I wasn't wanted anywhere. I had to do unconventional things to survive the homelessness and there is no way I would ever want to be homeless, again. My mother making me sick is a reason for me to be homeless. I spent the Saturday before Thanksgiving trying to get help for my heart-rate being too fast and being able to hear my heart beat that made me riddled with anxiety. The Oakland County Sheriff's Department has this entire city on lock and when I entered St. Joseph, it started with the guard at the door.

He is what I call a real racist. I walked right up to the desk to get help. He called after me, "Hey, you gotta come back here!" Then he laughed at me and shook his head. I was preturded, but it was not as big as my heart beating out of my chest. There was a White woman that came in with some food, and he let her go to the back without question. A Mexican family walked in and he stopped them, made a phone call and had them sit and wait for verification to go back. His attitude was so nasty and vile. He knew me already and I didn't care. I sat and waited to go back. St. Joe is one if not the largest hospitals in the State. How could they employ such a horrible man? But the police and their minions are running a whorehouse in all the hospitals. I remember that Sarah, at Caro, made several runs to the hospital every week. People in hospitals make a lot of money, especially the doctors and trained personnel. When you walk into a hospital, it is dripping with money and the pimps know it, too. Six men came into the hall, while I sat on a gurney and stared at me and tried to make me feel uncomfortable. No one wanted to hear about my mother and I had never been so uncomfortable in a place that is supposed to help. When I left and went down to Beaumont, my doctor was more attentive, but she kept getting called away. Finally, she left and never came back. I lay there for two hours, before I got up and left.

In order to get away from my mother, I devised a plan. I would become homeless, and as a "mental needs" indiviual I qualify. I live right around the corner from PATH the homeless shelter that used to be for abused women. I heard they have changed that requirement. Like the jail and hospitals, it seems that the homeless shelters have been taken over as prostitution houses. I had my case manager from Community Network Services (CNS) to call and try and get me into PATH. She hesitated and said that she would try and get me into Grace Center of Hope. I froze, because I saw a new report about them. They had opened a woman's shelter in Pontiac for women and all the women were attractive and former drug addicts. That meant two things to me. First they were involved with the people that worked in the facility, sexually. Second, they were prostitutes. I told her that I wanted to live at PATH. She said she would call them. She contacted them and told me that they wanted me to call every morning at 10 in the morning. I did, and then got to a woman that told me that I needed to speak to Bonnie Haney the Intake Specialist. I called her and left a message and she phone me back, yesterday. Whenever the police get a hold of who called me and they don't like it, they contact that person and tells them all kind of nasty things about me.

I guess they called Bonnie, because she was nasty to me on the phone. She acted as if I had did something to her. I never met Bonnie. I do see the women from PATH on my street that is the next street over. Many of them come by looking at me funny. I see a lot of the women, moving out and moving in. Bonnie said that they had an opening, but it's for a family. "You are a single person; right?" I replied softly, "Yes". She was very snotty to deal with homeless people, but if the women at PATH are being used as prostitutes and the police called her and told her not to provide me with housing that would make sense. If she is the "Intake Specialist", she ran the program, at least the women that they allowed into the program. Before I asked for shelter from them, I would see the women and their children from the program out playing. Now, they are all locked up tight and I don't see anyone. That's a true sign in my opinion. There was another story about the Lighthouse the other week. A woman not only got housing, but free furniture from Gardner White. She got an entire house full of furniture. There was living room, bed room and kitchen furniture. Her daughter got a new bed room and everything.

The young woman was very attractive and bells went off in my head immediately. Not only that, ut when I saw the man from Gardner White, he looked familiar. Like a trick I had seen before. Believe me people, there aren't many business that will give a entire house full of furniture. She is pretty and is either somebody's girlfriend or a few people girlfriend. They have pretty much taken over any place where women live and turned them into whore houses. CNS I reported is also pimping people and my case manager didn't want anything to do with getting me involved with PATH or Grace Centers of Hope. Everything they do in those places, for those women must be used as barter for sex. The women of these institutions are in on it. When Bonnie invited me to go to their other shelter in Lathrup Village she gave me a non-working number and then two-minutes after hanging up from me, didn't answer her phone. I can only assume that she is the Madam of that place and I'm not wanted. The slot they have for one single person is taken. If I were a certain type of person that slot would be open for me, but I don't trade anything for sex. Even if my mother is poisoning my food. I think they need you to be so desperate that you'll do anything. That's not me...

The MDOC: Reform and Responsibility

Officer Rasheen McClain
Detroit Police Department
It has happened again, another police officer has been killed in the line of duty. I went out last Monday to two events. Early in the morning, I drove an hour to support our new Attorney General, Dana Nessel. I think if I'm going to advocate for prisoners that the leader of the Prosecutors is someone that I should become thoroughly engaged with. I made a statement, with the hopes that she would remember me. I took pictures of her and posted them to my Yaktown page on Facebook, because she matters. After over 20 years of Cox and Schutte, it is comforting to know that there is someone that is fighting for the ordinary people that exist in Michigan. The Seniors and children that has been forever scarred by the sexual abuse of the clergy in the Catholic Church. I applaud all her efforts and good work, thus far. Knowing that we have a long road ahead of us in the state. After my eye appointment, I went to Clarkston, and a "Coffee and Chat" with Senator Rosemary Bayer. Like in Sylvan Lake, the people didn't know how to take me. Senator Bayer didn't either. She knows she has to be diverse. The people that live in Clarkston, live there, because there are few Black people there. They don't have to deal with us on a regular bases. Seeing me sent them in to a kind of frenzy, and they were texting and making funny faces. When I spoke to one man, he tightened up as if to say, "I am not warming up to you!" I digressed.

Attorney General Dana Nessel
The reason that I put myself through so much anguish, sitting in the room with people that don't like me, is not that I want to fit in to a specific group. What I want more than anything is for those in a particular group to warm-up to the idea that prison reform is necessary. Many people may not see the correlation between police deaths and prison reform, but I do. It's something that I am going to constantly bring to the forefront of societal woes. People go to prison and don't do anything. There is no real structure for reform or the possibility of a better day. They get out and there are no jobs for PhD. and Master's workers, let alone someone that has done time. All they can do is get a job in fast-food or a plant that over works you and don't give you any quality of life. I saw a man on "Flash Point", with Devin Scillian that said that he went to prison for "Murder". Murder is really hard to explain away, and so is "Stalking". With both there is an element of being out of control. An employer would be weary of the next time you will lose control. The next time you get so angry that you kill someone or a customer walks in and you can't control you attraction towards that individual. You become a strong liability in their eyes, because you have no sense of when to stop. So, what do you do? This man went to school and so did I. It really doesn't matter to people that you are educated, most just see a criminal that can't understand boundaries.

Senator Rosemary Bayer
Michigan 12th District
Having been a prisoner myself, I can relate. The way some people in prison think is beyond me. I had one woman try and make me feel bad about sitting alone on the yard. "Ah, you talk about me, because I got a girlfriend. At least I'm not sitting on the yard by myself!" She pointed and laughed at me. I didn't even reply. My friends were coming out soon and she wasn't even worth my time. I didn't care who had a girlfriend. She cared that she had to get a girlfriend, because she was weak. My friends came later and she walked by and her face was in shock. I felt so sorry for her. At one point we had been friends. She had put so much emphasis on "My [her] man". The two of them had robbed a gas station. She had two children and they had one together. Three people depended on her and the only way she could find to help them and herself was to rob someone. I asked her, "Didn't you ever think you would get caught and go to prison?" She looked at me, like I was stupid, "Yeah, but it's what my man wanted to do. I'm a ride or die! My mother went to prison, so, I knew I would end up here." I nodded, because I had made my mind up to be a "ride or die", too. But it all seemed to be so different. In her case, someone could have been killed. An innocent person that just was in the wrong place at the wrong time. No one ever knows the outcome when a gun is involved.

Hindsight is 20/20, and many women just made a clueless mistake. A mistake that cost them a fraction of their lives. How do we get people to understand their outcomes, when they have never been held accountable. These women get up in the morning and do nothing. They are controlled by women that have superiority complexes and no real rule book on how things should be done. They cut the prison budget first. Letting them know that they are last on the list of reforms. You take people that are under-educated and lost and tell them that they are worthless and that's how they will act. There are people that have been to prison as letters in the alphabet, and now are working on double letters. The school system has failed them, society has failed them and their parents have failed them. I think that it is time that we held prisoners to a higher standard and show them we care. I suggested in Clarkston that we get the 100K men that we have in the prisons to help, "Fix the damn roads". All they do all day is sit around and talk smack and one thing or another. One man made a reference to the prisoners not being trusted with shovels. Letting me know that non-prisoners are ignorant, too. Let's put them to work, and not in "Brubaker" fashion, but in a way that they help the system in a productive way.  These plans take time to implement, but with time it could work. California uses prisoners in the wild fires. We can use them to fix our roads. The men that we have out there make over $25 an hour. You could get away with paying a prisoner $5 a day.

Lt. Governor Garlin Gilchrist
I vet these people all the time. I go to places where they are so that they will remember me. I show my strength and intelligence so that they can see that I'm someone they can trust and that I will do a good job. When Garlin Gilchrist came to Pontiac on his "Thriving Cities" crusade, I wasn't included. It hurt, but I know they know that I am in the fight forever, and that my opinions must be heard. These people we lock-up and don't give a second thought to will be back. They mustn't be disenfranchised, and made to feel that they do not matter. The men and women that serve as watch over them have to be held accountable, too. If we make a plan and put it in action, we do not have dead cops. Our cities will never thrive without a prison system that works! We don't have as many victims to sooth and make stiffer penalties, because stiffer penalties just make for sore criminals. The State has to start by taking their job seriously and cutting the "red-tape" and dealing with people like humans. I know it will take a long time, but our community is worth it! Don't you think so?

Sister...Sister: Mavis and Melissa

Kenneth Burch & Associates
I just left the Oakland County Substation. Lieutenant Ford, told me that I have issues with my complaint. He says that it has been so long since Paul McDougal beat on my old ex-best friend that he can't do anything about it. Plus, she never reported it to the police. "Where is all the evidence, and that was 20+ years ago!" In other words, he's not going to do anything. McDougal after lying on me several times came to my home last summer. He says the police can't make the decision to not go to someone's house. If they get a call and they are dispatched, they must go on that call. I told him, I find that incredible that the police can't make a choice that would keep them out of trouble. I explained that if I was dead and bleeding, I don't want Paul McDougal at my house! He said "for [me] you" he would make it possible that McDougal is not be dispatched to my home. Now, this man was lead detective in the bogus case that sent me to prison. One that was set-up by him and then Denise Brainard, Oakland County Prosecutor. Who after I got finished doing a four year bid on a 90-day PSI statutory limit sentence, went to my so-called victim. Told him that he had saw me and I had asked about him. For all of you that know me I'm not dumb. I'm not dumb at all. I would never even speak to him!

Ford kept lying to me. So, I came home looking for what to do next. I got on the phone and this nice female deputy, they ain't all bad, gave me some advice and connected me to where I needed to go. So, I left a message for Captain Ewing to give me a call back and maybe we can sit down and have a conversation. Because that one with Lt. Ford didn't go well. To see if I could get some information to have about the subject, I called my long-time friend Kenneth "Kenny" Burch. He has been practicing law in the City of Pontiac for about 25-years. I paid him close to $1000 dollars to get me out of a "pickle" in Waterford, about 20-years ago. I was driving with expired tabs, no insurance, the '77 Cutlass didn't have working seat belts, my right signal was broken and my license were suspended. The cop was going to let me go, but then I evokes O.J. and my blackness and he wrote me all five(5) tickets and towed my car. One of the Johnson Girls, my cousin Tiffany, late and on time, took me to get my car that day. Seeing that Bloomfield had suspended my license for failure to pay and I had made a payment plan to pay, I didn't have money to pay all five(5) tickets.

That fall, I started getting the notices and ignored them. Until, one said "A warrant would be issued for your [my] arrest". Before work one day, I drove to Waterford to be heard on the tickets. Well, with the times that I had ignored those notices, the Waterford judge wasn't happy. She was about to send me to jail on the "Driving on a Suspended License" ticket, because it's a Misdemeanor that I could get up to 90-days for. She actually looked at me and said just that, "You just can't ignore our notices and walk in here when you get ready! Now, your going to the Oakland County Jail to think about it!" At the time, I hadn't been to "jail, jail", but the bailiff saved me. Still "green", I had no idea that the bail for all lower-Misdemeanors is $100. He took me gently by the arm and said, "If you call your mother and tell her to come pay the $100 bond, we can release you from here and you don't have to go to jail." I was dazed from the verbal beating I had just taken and shocked that he was helping me. I managed to muster a, "Okay." He still ever so gently, turned me towards his desk and a phone. I called my mother, and told her my dilemma.  She went downstairs to my landlord, who had just retired, or he would have been working at that time of the morning. He was just starting to have problems with his glaucoma, but managed to drive to the credit union and to the Waterford courts.

I had to be at work that morning, still "green", I thought that I would finish up and be at work by 10, when the store opened. I was two hours late. I had thought that it would be like Bloomfield, I walk in, say I'm sorry and make payment arrangements. Nope, that woman was a barracuda and even when I said weakly, "...but I'm a college student!" Her face went from worse to bad. She just hit the gavel and said, "You still are..." I was so afraid, I had managed to piss-off the officer and the judge in Waterford. I kept losing, because they just Black folk that live on water. They come hard and I was so frustrated and Kenneth "Kenny" Burch, came into the store. He was scouting some weights and stuff. He later would come in with his wife and purchase the weights and we talked. He told me that Waterford was tough. I asked him how much it would cost. I had paid off the ticket that I had in Bloomfield that had suspended my license, but Waterford was  holding me up from getting them back. I asked him how much he would charge me to take the case. He said $1000. At the time it was coming up on Christmas and I was making a bit of change. I had to pay him and buy a new car. The "Doper Ride" was getting me in too much trouble.

Before court I paid him $750, before court and we had to meet three times, because one judge bailed at Thanksgiving to go up-North to hunt. I paid him and in full before our last appearance, but then there was Mavis. Mavis Peters is a Pontiac person. She and her sister Melissa and they both went to Pontiac Central and are well-known by everyone. Melissa is married to ex-Councilman Art McClellan, who couldn't find a backbone if she was eating turkey-tails.  It figures that she's an Oakland County Sheriff's Lieutenant. She got promoted while I was there the first time in 2011. She heard me on the ticket, when I refused to go to court in the morning. I always sat down there all day, because I had court in the afternoon. All the other women went in the morning, then they just poured cold air through the vents as punishment for not prostituting and telling folk about it. One morning, I just didn't go and told the Sergeant that he could come and get me at noon. That didn't work for the deputy and Supervisor. I got a ticket, and yes, a Sergeant does out-rank a deputy and Supervisor, but this Sergeant was Black. You know how that went. Melissa came and told me to buy a long john shirt and never refuse to go to court, again. I said "Okay". I would never give a sister who hadn't done anything to me a problem, unless she was acting like them "other people".

Mavis Peters
Legal Secretary
Mavis isn't so simple. She works for Kenny Burch and I believe she's his "work-wife". The very first time I met her, she asked me my name. I told her, and then she asked, "And what business do you have with Kenny!" She emphasized "Kenny", because I didn't call him "Mr. Burch" or "Attorney Burch", but called him by his nickname, "Kenny". I said that I was there to hire him. She looked sly and asked me to hold on. I waited and waited and a young woman came to the window and summoned me to the back. Mavis and Kenny were coming out the back room and she had stated loudly, "I'm not doing one bit of paperwork on it." He quietly said, "You won't have to." Not to state a fact, but to appease her. He seem tussled and worn, and I immediately thought they were either having some kind of sex or he was really tired, to be so disheveled. He ushered me into a conference room, we went over the contract and I left. Kenny made no reference to anything about Mavis, what she said or her nasty disposition that is real, today. I had court and didn't want to drive, because my plate was wrong, because I didn't have insurance, license and hadn't transferred the plate from the Cutlass "Dope Ride" to my new Tempo. I just took it off the Cutlass and put it on the Tempo. He didn't really want to, but he drove. The next time, the hunting judge time, my sister took me. The last time, I just drove, because Mavis called his wife and told her that we were on our way back to the office.

When we got to Huron and Palmer, his wife was waiting for us at the corner. He whispered, "There she goes." He turned onto Palmer, and his side was on her driver's side and he asked, "What, you need the car?" She looked up at him like he was caught. I was wondering if she and Mavis had a contract to share him, or did she just have her "snowed" that good. Everyone knows that lawyers have sex with their secretaries. My uncle, a lawyer, has a child with one of his. I wondered, too, how she knew we were coming,. Maybe the police or a friend at Waterford courts told her. I know the Peters' sisters are deep in the corruption in Pontiac. Melissa Peters is a pimping deputy, I know, because she keeps being promoted in the Annex. Nobody is promoted down there, without having to do with the prostitution ring. That's why I got so much help when I was there. There are very good deputies that work there that should be promoted, but because they aren't in the ring, they go unpromoted. That's the reason so many want out the Annex and out of being a turn-key. So, Mavis calls Kenny's wife and puts her onto me, when it's her she has to be worried about? The next time I met with him and we were alone in his office, his son was out in the hub talking to Mavis and the other women that worked for the other attorneys. I was so angry, because unlike her, I don't mess with people husbands. I don't understand why his wife doesn't know, it's been 25-years and Mavis doesn't have a husband. Is she a loser or what? I would be asking a woman that doesn't have a man about it, if I was his wife. Maybe she knows and doesn't care.

She has never even been married! How can everybody not know she and Kenny are in a relationship? I call him today, to ask about what Lt. Ford said and he can only talk a few minutes. Now, it's not just that I'm attractive, but her pimping sister that she's trying to protect. I forgot that her sister even was a lieutenant with the Oakland County Sheriff Department. This time when she asked what this was concerning, I said "The Oakland County Sheriff Department." Maybe she thought that I was going to try and sue them or something. Kenny, just as sorry as Art McClellan, hurried off the phone with some excuse about having to take another call. I don't mess with other people husband, I repeat, I don't mess with other people's husbands. Why after 20+ years Mavis is still trying to keep Kenny and me apart is beyond me. "You only see in others, what you see in yourself" and she is foul. All these years messing with that woman's husband. His wife used to work at the library at Jefferson and I would never do that to her. She is a beautiful woman. Kenny obviously loves her, because he takes good care of her and bought her that huge house on Huron and she doesn't even work. Mavis posted a picture of a house she bought in Seminole Hills. She's trying to compete with the lavishly decorated previously YWCA building. My friend visited Kenny there years ago and spoke of the home as "Beautiful". Mavis is still trying to show the home she bought on Facebook as if it is lavish. Why does she want her house to be so big? She doesn't have any children. A two-bedroom condo would suffice.

Look, I don't want to seem mean or anything, because my situation seems to be the same. Don't let his Facebook page fool you. I don't go with nobody's husband! I never have and I never will. I don't play seconds to anyone. I don't want anyone's life and I'm not a slut and I'm somebody's wife. Kenny brought his wife into Sears, gave her cash in front of me and sent her to shop, while he got his weights. She was hesitant, but left, anyway. Mavis was probably feeding her all kinds of stuff about me and Kenny can't do anything about it. Mavis knows all his secrets on the job. You know how dirty lawyers are, even if they are as good at faking innocent like Kenny, you know he has some serious skeletons and she is the ribs. He's never going to get rid of her and maybe he doesn't want to. Maybe he can't live without her. Maybe he's the type of man that needs two women. I can tell you this, I won't be one. I'm the one and only or there will be a problem. Melissa has ex-drug offenders as friends and when I called it out on Facebook, she blocked me. She has these eyes that to me, look like she has smoked "The Rock of Gibraltar", before she got to work. She wears glasses to hide them. They are always glossed over and look like she's been crying all day. She'll blame a stigmatism, but I'm going to blame crack. Who has a husband that works for GM and she has a good job and still has to get involved with prostitution? I don't know, and it's just how I see the whole thing...
