Pontiac has been holding a secret from its residents since the beginning of this year. It seems that the Director of the Housing Commission is trying to score sex by offering city money to one Cicely Kaiser – Lee, daughter of the Father of the Southside Robert “Bob” Kaiser. Taylor was trying to use her father’s good name to siphon money through grants from the state and federal levels. She’s a pretty woman and he wanted her to be his “partner in crime”. The only way a snake like him could see himself controlling the situation is by having sex with Ms. Kaiser-Lee. She refused and now is telling all his dirty little secrets about Pontiac and how two White men, Alan Bishop and David Todd plan to take over Pontiac and give back to the White people.
Cicely’s father and I were good friends 35 years ago. He had told me stories about how he and my Daddy used to pick up bottles and cans up on Bagley and Wesson. My Dad was about 5’7”, and her dad 5’3”. He called them the two littlest Niggas on the Southside. They would cash their bottles and cans in and get money and walk around with candy and change in their pockets. I didn’t believe Bob. I thought he was trying to get next to me by using my father. Until 20 years later my aunt told me when my father was a kid, seven or eight years old, he would come home some evening with one pocket full of money, and one pocket full of change and they would sit on the porch and it the candy. I knew Bobby was my friend.
