Walsh College: The Best?

When I went to prison is 2004, I had an Associate's Degree from Oakland Community College. Ironically, I had no idea. I was attending Baker College, in an accelerated Bachelor's Program, when I was arrested in front of my cohort group, and later suspended. It has always been my greatest wish to graduate from college. My middle sister is a internal medicine doctor. She got her education from Wayne State University. My nephew is there now, and will be embarking on receiving his MBA and Law Degree in five years. My uncle received his Law Degree from Wayne, my aunt is a registered nurse with a Master's and I want to get my MBA and become a lawyer.

I began my business degree, because I want to run my own non-profit agency. Plus, Sears would only pay for a degree they could use, and they paid 70% of my first Associate's from Oakland Community College (OCC). The degree I got, and didn't know I had in General Studies. I went on to get a second degree after leaving prison in 2008. I wanted to finish my Bachelor's at Oakland University. I've never felt so targeted in my life, outside the law enforcement agents who are busy working to stop me from finishing my education. After to failed attempts two send me back to prison, with lies and the help of Kelly Collins of the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, I came home in March of 2013.

Collins had prosecuted me for four straight years, from January 2011 to March of 2015. Unable to be gainfully employed for various reasons, I decided to just concentrate on finishing my degree. I went to University of Phoenix and wasn't happy with their five week program. Your classes only last five week and then you have a couple of week off, and your right back to learning a new subject and I just could grasp the concept. I kept seeing Walsh commercials on the television and decided to go there. I had heard about it, while working at Sears. I thought that it was an elite college with first-class facilities and A-one professors. Boy was I wrong.

My first experience with a "C" was with Dr. Judith Bailey. I have gotten two C's since graduating from OCC, and they were from OCC. Walsh doesn't offer basic Accounting and Economic classes, and I had to be a guest student at OCC for a year to finish three classes. Those classes were Accounting I, II and Economics II. Dr. Bailey and I use that PhD reference loosely. I've met numerous fake PhD's, while attending Walsh. Dr. Bailey has been working for Walsh for 30+ years. She also has acquired a reputation for being a harsh grader and absentee professor. She lives elsewhere and teaches online classes only. She graded my first assignment, an essay to be written in 35 minutes, with a subject that we didn't know, until we hit the "Begin Test" button in Moodle.

Although I only had two errors in grammar, and missed a couple of commas in a sentence, she gave me a 72. I had written about my family's education levels and how they had advance degrees. A more conscience mind would think that Dr. Bailey was jealous. While she is pretending to be a professor, with a fake PhD, my family is actually getting the education and putting in real work. My essay, with it's two errors, written in less than 25 minutes, blind, was a testament to our gift for intelligence. I'll say that, because these people have systematically tried to grade me in such a way that I am dumb. Critiquing my assignments with malice and incompetence like I have never seen.

Dr. Bailey's department Chair, is a woman named Jenny Tatsak. Who says she developed a sister program at Wayne State University, while getting her PhD. Strangely, one of her adjunct professors, John Poswalk, worked for that school, Schoolcraft College. Another interesting fact, Dr. Michael Rinkus, Vice-President and Chair of Academics was an administrator at Lawrence Tech. That's where Dr. Tatsak claimed to have worked as an administrator. When I phone Lawrence Tech, they said that she worked there for one year as an adjunct professor. She was never an administrator, but a teacher. The Program that Wayne State has with Schoolcraft, has only been around a few years, and it was not founded by Jenny Tatsak, but another woman.

These are "PhD's"

That's when I began writing the Higher Learning Commission. They are the organization that accredits Walsh College. Suddenly, people began to notice me, and my grades were harder and harder to get. My next situation with a PhD, was Dr. Richard Chadsi. He writes books about terrorism. He taught at Wayne State, and has appeared on Fox2 News, as a guest of Deena Centafonti. Yeah, it just gets better. He was my online professor first. That was also my first experience with having my Moodle post tampered with. Someone went into the application and messed up my post. Wrote fragment sentences, made erroneous errors in grammar and sentence structure. I had to take screenshots of all my posts after that to ensure their content was safe.

This man is supposed to be a PhD, and he doesn't even know that Jim Crow was specifically a Southern thing. As a Black woman, I know, but your teaching government and all on television explaining terrorism to the masses and you don't know that Jim Crow is a Southern thing? He's grading my papers and he hasn't got a clue about American history. In fact, he had to fact check the relationship between Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton. He knew nothing about it, and I intentional asked specific questions that he dodge with, "I'm going to talk about that in a few moments", and of course those moments never came. My aunt warned me that it would just get worse. It did and when they discovered how close I was to giving out of money, they concocted a plan to stop my graduation.

Anything on a computer can be manipulated. I have, regretfully, always expressed my loathing for math. Walsh administration has taken that to mean that I am bad at math. Now, these people probably have never taken a college math class, but...Okay. Last semester, the Winter semester, I had Financial Management course, which is like a math class...Sort of. If I'm taught anything, I can learn it. I had an instructor by the name of Ryan Drews. He is barely out of his twenties, and I knew he couldn't have the credentials to teach me. He didn't teach me anything, anyway. We went to class and he read from some slides and we went home. He wants to be important so bad, and doesn't want to put in the work to do it. Walsh is the perfect place for his career to take off.

I failed every single test in that class. That same semester my accounting teacher, after I got 100% on my first test, in order to try to fail me, made the entire class suffer. Kelly Lehman like Drews, din't have an advance education. Drews was a lousy teacher, and I couldn't get past a 50 on the four quizzes and one test that I took in his class. I was forced to withdraw, because that's half the class. I had four more quizzes and two tests left. I couldn't pass if I aced every remaining quiz or test. That pushed back my graduation date from Spring 2018, to this Summer.

Drews Chair is Dr. John Moore. His office is riddled with diplomas, certificates and awards. He claims to have graduated from Notre Dame, and received the Colonial Dames Award. I looked all over the internet, and the Notre Dame website. There was no Dames Award to be found. What I did find was a society of women in New England who are involved with fine arts and culture in America.  I will finish my degree with my final course the Management Capstone. Except, my financial aid has run completely out and I don't have anymore money, and that's what they wanted. That's why they marked my Financial Management below passing. They actually go in and change my grades and still do it, today in my Management: Production and Operations course, with Dr. Gilkey. Gilkey is said to have no degrees at all. No Associates, no Bachelor's, no Master's and calls herself a PhD.

Dr. Gilkey, claims she got her PhD from Capella University online, and worked for GM for 22+ years. I don't know if that's true or not, because she hasn't taught me anything. In fact, we'll only meet five times this semester. That's about 15 hours of class time for that course. She gives us homework problems to complete that she has never taught us, because we are never in class. They involve Statistics and some algebra. I believe that Dr. Gilkey doesn't know what she's doing, because she has us off for the entire homework period. When we return, all the homework will be over and we'll be working on two written assignments and the final. So, we'll never know what she really knows.

Some more of the imposters

I spoke to her Chair about the situation, Ann Saurbier and she's traveling for the college to Riga-Lavita. She says the time difference is seven hours and she is so sorry she gets back to me so late. How seven hour equates to three or four days is beneath my level of understanding. Clearly, Ms. Saurbier wants to be more important than she really is. Furthermore, Dr. Gilkey says that she supports her, and I can truly understand why. They are both fakes in a fake and corrupt system that is trying to fail me, but treats all of their students with disrespect and disdain. I'm not the only one. To fake or PhD, or Master's degree, in order teach anyone, is a level of disrespect I can't explain. You go to college to receive a stellar education, and not one that comes out of a Cracker Jack box.

I'm at an 86% in my new Financial Management class. We take our quizzes and test in class. I'm taking an online test in there this week, because my professor has to miss the week of the test. He, however, will go over the test in class. I will know if my answers are correct and why they are incorrect. Because Walsh has real instructors and PhD's. They create the curriculum and test for the adjunct instructors. That way, all the adjuncts have to do is come in, read off some slides and go home with a hefty paycheck. I recently had a meeting with Dr. Michael Levens. He is Chair of the Marketing Department at Walsh. He is a slick character, and he assumes that I am dumb, too.

He is well put together, but he is a con artist. My Marketing teacher is teaching on a Master's level and I bet she doesn't have a Master's degree. She quit work and started a blog 10 years ago, and that has made her an expert on blogging, and now she's teaching it to future Master's holders. She failed me on my first two assignments. I got a 5/15 and 10/25. I thought that you would at least pass, just for turning in an assignment. She claimed that she got the assignments without headings. I've been complaining about my Moodle assignments being tampered with, and she took the opportunity to use that for an excuse to fail me on a good project. I asked Dr. Leven to have her give him a copy to show me what she graded. Nope, he can't do that. I have to speak to Dr. Rinkus, who by the way, doesn't talk to me.

He did send me a letter, yesterday. I sent him a request, asking that he make me whole for being harassed by my Statistics instructor. The instructor would call me unsolicited and one time, he phone me at 11 at night. I guess his wife was in bed. It may seem like nothing to Dr. Rinkus, but I was upset about it. This same man, when helping me with my homework went on and on about how unhappy he was in his marriage. They flew in an attorney to "investigate" the matter, and of course she found in favor of the school. I never thought she would find in my favor, they were paying her. I wasn't going to give her a dime. She had no stock in finding him guilty. I've been in the system for years, and I know that attorneys are loyal to the money. Public defenders are paid by the county, and therefore, are loyal to the prosecutors and judges. That's why I held back information, situations and things I told her. I knew she wasn't on my side, when I asked her if I could record our conversation and she said, "No".

That's when I knew the college was trying to walk away unscathed. I sat and ate with this woman as she thought I believed that she was my best friend. She assured me that she would be objective and honest and...blah...blah...blah...blah. She even told me that I could go to the local media. At the time, I wasn't interested in anything, but telling my story. But, the letter I got from Dr. Rinkus, yesterday is proof that they don't care about me. Walsh is a joke, and with the education I'm getting, I couldn't get a Master's anywhere else. You have to take entrance exams to get into Master's programs these days. I haven't learned enough, at Walsh, to pass one of those test.

On Facebook, my Black friend posts these videos and memes full of what I thought was propaganda. Black leaders in our community that talk about a White society that excludes Blacks and pushes the White agenda. What is that agenda? White preservation at all cost. Here is a group of people that are earning money, with fake degrees, and getting the recognition and accolades of true professionals. They are just taking care of one another. They can afford large homes, fancy cars and a life of leisure with no accountability for the lies they tell. The way they put up road blocks for me, they stick together like glue. I could never imagine such a place could actually exist, but it does at Walsh.

This is the part of America that needs to be exposed. This is the total disregard for the rules, inclusion and decency that erodes the very fibers of America. African-Americans in America are being left out of jobs and the chance to make a life for their families, and White people are creating utopias, like the one at Walsh. If I hadn't come along, they would have kept employing under-educated teachers to advance their agenda. I know that the members of law enforcement that got me kicked out of Baker and Oakland University are behind most of this disruption in my education. The other portion is fueled by jealousy, racism and desperation. They need to keep their lie going to continue living their lives of excess and luxury.

Who else to aid in their tearing down of my educational process, but a bunch of fakes. There is a syndicate in Oakland County that indulges in crime and corruption and they all know one another. It consists of "I wash your back and you wash mine". When I decided to go to Walsh, they called in a favor, just like Baker and just like Oakland University. It's embedded into our society, and it's all about greed and racism. Sure, they let Black folk in, but they keep them to a minimum and you best believe they have all the right credentials. This is sad, because the White students suffer, too. Dick Gregory said it best, but I'll leave that for another time...
