There is a difference between a White crook and a Black crook. Mainly, the Black ones are caught, and humiliated and their wives and children left to fend for themselves. Before you read another word of this blog, you need to understand that Mike Duggan is a crook. White men can get away with stealing and racketeering, forever, because they call it business. Black men do it and they call it hustling. But you best believe that White men are the biggest crooks of all. Mainly, they hire a good accountant to fudge the books. Duggan is an expert at that. Business can be very complex. I am a business major, and can't graduate, until I understand every bit of business a little bit. As a Management major, all my classes are management classes. Except, I have to take an Accounting class, both financial and managerial. I need an Economics and Statistics class, too. As a manager, I will essentially use all of those skills in cohesion with one another. Duggan is a true administrator, who has mastered all of them.

He has mastered them all to the point of being one of the most charismatic liars this city has ever known. Coleman Young was of course the brightest, but he was Black. The Feds, would never call him to tell him about a possible indictment, and give him a way out. They would never call Young, they would simply arrive at his front door with a warrant in their hand and handcuffs in their fist. No, Duggan will be a greater man than Coleman Young, because they will let him succeed. He won't call "moth@#$%ers" or cuss out the press. He will, however, do all the back-deals and back watching that has ever been done. He will do it composed, with dignity and with some of the best business statistics that have been fixed, you have ever seen. Because the one thing about business success, it can be made on paper and on paper alone. You don't have to be doing well, too be doing well in America.

You start by being the one they want to trust with the money. If they don't mind lining your pockets, because you know how to play the game, you get the job. So, you get the job and they give you the money. They won't give the money to a smart Black man, because they don't want a Black man to get rich, because that would mean they have some semblance of power. Black men, like Coleman Young, get drunk with power. White folk know how to steal, and don't break whatever system they are stealing from. It's what they've done for thousands of years. They cheat one another. And those men get punished, Fastow and Lay and the Enron boys, Madoff and John Gotti for sure. We can't forget or find Jimmy Hoffa. I've studied all of them. They got caught, because they were acting like Black folk. Just robbing folk, making White men poor and forgetting while stealing. You can't do that and stay in the game.

Pontiac, is dying due to the ridiculous money grabbing. White folk take care of their children, their sick and elderly. Black folk steal from everybody and will cripple essential services, needed in our community to keep it afloat. White men can't respect them for that, because they have no self-control. They see us as animals that debilitate their own. Only animals eat their young. Look at our school system. Our children are some of the worse in the country. Auburn Hills schools have reorganized their school system, because Black folk were moving into their district and their test scores were losing them State funding. They cut around all the apartment complexes and sent those children to Pontiac schools. Countryside, off Walton? Those children go to Pontiac High. They created an alternative school that gets different funding to get all the "bad" kids, from our district out of Avondale.

Duggan is going to bring Detroit out of their slump, because he is a "good man". That translates into a "good crook", but he'll get the job done. I don't want to hear anything about how I'm a liar and spreading bad things about him. Charlie LeDuff proved it on Fox 2 News and then "quit" his job. He was probably forced out, but sometimes things just have to be told. Fox 2 News is a political giant that supports many situations that are illegal and unjust. Yet, LeDuff's report showed Metro-Detroit that Duggan is guilty of bid-rigging. The same thing that Kwame Kilpatrick is doing 32 years for. He's paying his friends a lot of money to tear down those houses in Detroit. He's driven the price of tearing down houses in Detroit up.That makes the number of houses being torn down fewer, than if they were torn down by other contractors that would do it for less money. His supporters would say, "at least they are finally being torn down", but at whose costs? 

Charlie's no longer with Fox 2, but Duggan is/was under federal investigation. It's been quiet since Charlie left. That's the way they want it. They want Duggan left to do his "business" in peace, while other White men get rich. The "come up" downtown is letting us all know that Detroit isn't going to strive without a bunch of White men getting rich. Don't think that L. Brooks Patterson ain't rich, he's one of the riches. That didn't stop Mike Ilitch from getting those Piston's out of Auburn Hills. I wonder what he got on L. Brooks Patterson, to put a hole in his pride and joy, Auburn Hills. Maybe it's the men and women getting pimped out his jail. The feds can shut down a ordinary citizen by calling them insane. They can't, however, shut down a man worth more than $6.1B. He could start his own news channel and report the news.

I'm not going to mention his involvement with the drug dealers, because we know he has to make concessions for that. He is dealing with it all as it comes. He's really good at that, too. He's an excellent orator and everything that is needed to bring Detroit back from the dead. I don't know how they'll deal with the stuff that LeDuff uncovered, but I'm sure they will. Fox News is going to hell and all the underdogs of the world will watch Channel 7. I don't know when Pontiac Schools will get out of the red, and start teaching our kids, again, but I relish the day. With all his conniving, I hope Duggan gets into the inner-city and fixes it. Because Detroit is more than Cork-Town and Mid-Town and New Center-Area. The people is what the heart of the city is, and he mustn't forget that. I know he won't forget Charlie and neither will we!
